Terms and Conditions
Shipping Carrier and Delivery Times
UPS-United Parcel Service:
- Pabol partners with UPS for all shipping. We offer 3 basic levels of service for shipping your orders from Pabol:
* Standard - item typically arrives in 5-8 business days
* Expedited - item typically arrives in 3 business days
* Express - item typically arrives in 2 business days
- UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
- There is no extra shipping fee to Alaska and Hawaii with Standard service. There is, however, an additional UPS surcharge of $10 per item for items shipped with Expedited service, and $15 per item for Express service.
- For orders shipped to an address within the continental USA, expedited and express, are normally shipped on the same day.
- All international orders are shipped via UPS air service.
- Orders except for rush orders are normally shipped within 48 hours.
- Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Return Policy:
At Pabol, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Pabol within 7 days of receipt of item(s).
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.
Pabol reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.
How to return or exchange an item:
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
